Pork Knuckles with Lotus Roots in Red Bean Curd Sauce

Ingredients:
Pork knuckles
ginger
spring onions
garlic
Seasonings:
Fermented red beancurd
Shaoxing wine
Chu hou paste
Crystal sugar
Steps:
1.
Blanch pork knuckles. Mix fermented red beancurd and Shaoxing wine ina bowl.
2.
Saute spring onions, ginger and garlic in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add fermented red beancurd and water. Let it boil.
3.
Add pork knuckles, lotus roots and the remaining seasonings. Close the lid and stew until the ingredients are soft.
