Typhoon Shelter Style Frogs

Ingredients:
East Asian Bullfrogs
Tempura powder
Fried garlic
Garlic
Chili
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
Seasonings:

Steps:

Marinate the East Asian bullfrogs briefly. Put the frogs into a vacuum bag filled with tempura powder and shake. Take them out and spray with oil using the Oil Mist Sprayer.

Place the frogs on the baking pan and grill at 200C until both sides of the frogs turn golden yellow.
4.
Saute all ingredients and seasonings in a frying pan. Mix with the frogs.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: An oil sprayer is recommended for an even oil application. Using the Halogen Cooking Pot not only reduces the use of oil, but also forces out excessive oil in the food, keeping the food crispy and healthy.
