Typhoon Shelter Style Frogs

Ingredients:
East Asian Bullfrogs
Tempura powder
Fried garlic
Garlic
Chili
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Marinate the East Asian bullfrogs briefly. Put the frogs into a vacuum bag filled with tempura powder and shake. Heat oil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker using the "Deep Fry" function.

Deep fry the frogs in the Cooker until a golden yellow colour is shown. Take the frogs out and filter the grease. Deep fry the frogs for the second time. Leave oil and frogs aside seperately.
3.
Saute all ingredients as well as the seasonings in the Cooker using the "Stir Fry" function.
4.
Finally, add the fried frogs.

Maria's Tips: Refrying the frogs makes the skin crispier and less greasy.
