Chicken Wings in Sha Cha Sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Seasonings:
Shaoxing wine
Sha cha sauce
Sugar
Light soy sauce
Steps:

Do not marinate the chicken wings and place them directly in the Halogen Cooking Pot. Grill at 200C for 10 minutes on the frying pan until both sides of the wings appear golden yellow.
2.
Take out the frying pan and mix the seasonings with the chicken wings. Grill for 3 more minutes at 250C in the Halogen Pot.
Tips:
Cut the chicken wings in half from between the two pieces of bones for easy consumption.
