Coiliaspp with Pickled Cabbages

Ingredients:
Chinese celeries
Garlic
Pickled cabbages
Coiliaspp
Stock
Marinade:
Salt
Seasonings:
Sugar
Shaoxing wine
Fish sauce
Steps:
1.
Soak pickled cabbages in water. Rinse coiliaspp, let dry and marinate.
2.
Saute coiliaspp in a frying pan. Leave aside.
3.
Put pickled cabbages into the Multifunctional Rice Cooker. Add stock, water and seasonings. Close the lid and select the "Simmer" function. Set the timer to 20 minutes.
4.
Lastly, put the fish into the Rice Cooker. Close the lid and cook briefly.
