Coiliaspp with Pickled Cabbages

Ingredients:
Chinese celeries
Garlic
Pickled cabbages
Coiliaspp
Stock
Marinade:
Salt
Seasonings:
Sugar
Shaoxing wine
Fish sauce
Steps:
1.
Soak pickled cabbages in water. Rinse coiliaspp, let dry and marinate.
2.
Saute coiliaspp in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and set aside.
3.
Stir fry pickled cabbages in the Cooker briefly. Add stock, water and seasonings. Wait until boiled.
4.
Put the fish into the Cooker and cook briefly.
