Japanese & Thai Chicken Curry

Chicken thighs
Galic

Steps:
1.
Cut chicken thighs into pieces and marinate them. Rinse apples and remove the cores, then blend with the Professional High-Speed Food Processor.
2.
Saute the chicken in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add onions and fry together with the chicken. Leave aside.
3.
Put curry paste, green chili, lemon leaves, lemongrass, blended apples, water and salt into the Cooker. Cook until boiled.
4.
Add aubergines. After the aubergines are cooked, add the cooked chicken and evaporated milk.
