Grilled Baby Salmon in White Miso Sauce

Ingredients:
Baby Salmon
Asparagus
Green Onion (Long)
Chinese Mushroom
Cabbage
Green & Red Pepper
Chilli Pepper
Steps:

Wash and remove skin and bones from baby salmon. Wash and dry all vegetables. Cut ingredients into 2 to 3 inch chunks (or any desired size) .

Mix together all seasoning ingredients (except butter) in a bowl. Set aside.

Wrap Frying Pan with foil. Lay out vegetables on the bottom evenly and then salmon on top. Pour seasoning on fish, and then add butter.

Open Halogen Cooking Pot lid, place Frying Pan on the Low Rack. Grill at 250°C for about 10 min or until browned. Serve when hot.
