Frozen chicken knuckles
Black pepper
5-Spice powder
Salt
Flour
Steps:

Soak chicken knuckles in salted hot water for 10 min.

Pat-dry & marinate for 30 min.
3.
Put into Steel Basket or Baking Pan.
4.
Put High Rack.
5.
TURBO, Grill for 10 min or until browned.
