Pan-seared Salmon Steak with Turmeric Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
Salmon steak
Coriander
Lemon peels
Lemon juice
Marinades:
Salt
Pepper
Sauce:
Yogurt
Turmeric powder
Yellow mustard
Steps:
1.
Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Marinate briefly.
2.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Apply onto the salmon. Pan-fry it in the Auto Power Switch Health Cooker at 80ÂșC.
3.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and lemon zest. Serve with a splash of lemon juice.
