Fermented Bean Curd Duck Stew in Chili Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
Duck
Fermented bean curd
Chili bean sauce
Cinnamon
Star anises
Red chili
Seasonings:
Shaoxing wine
Pepper
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Steps:
1.
In the Ultimate Rice Cooker, heat up the pot by pressing any one of the buttons (lid remains open). Pan-fry the duck until both sides are browned.
2.
Add fermented bean curd, chilli bean sauce, cinnamon, star anises, red chilli and seasonings. Sauté until fragrant.
3.
Add sufficient amount of water. Close and lock the lid. Press “Meat” and cook for 30 min. Done.
