Stewed Beef Brisket and Turnips in Stock

Ingredients:
Beef brisket
Turnips
Chinese celeries
Black pepper
Star anises
Bay leaves
Cinnamon
Crystal sugar
Shaoxing wine
Red chili
Steps:
1.
Blanch beef brisket. Remove peels from turnips and chop into pieces.
2.
Put all ingredients into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Cook for 40 minutes using the "Meat" mode.
