Stewed Beef Brisket and Turnips in Stock

Ingredients:
Beef brisket
Turnips
Chinese celeries
Black pepper
Star anises
Bay leaves
Cinnamon
Crystal sugar
Shaoxing wine
Red chili
Steps:
1.
Blanch Chinese mushrooms.

Marinate pork rib. Pan fry in the Ultimate Rice Cooker until a golden yellow colour is shown on both sides.

Put in Chinese mushrooms, chestnuts, water and seasonings. Select the "Meat" function. Open the lid and serve after the steam is fully released.
