Stewed Dried Fish Maw with Chinese Hams

Ingredients:
Chicken stock
Chinese hams
Dried fish maw
Baby cabbages
Broad beans
Seasonings:
Fish sauce
Shaoxing rice wine
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Blanch Chinese hams. Dip dried fish maw until soft.
2.
Fry broad beans and ginger using the Multifunctional Health cooker.
3.
Add dried fish maw, chicken stock and seasoning.
4.
Lastly, add baby cabbages and wait until fully cooked.
