Pork Rib Soup with Lotus Roots

Pork ribs
Black-eyed peas

Steps:

Rinse lotus roots, let dry and dice. Blanch pork ribs.

Put all ingredients into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker and Pour in boiling water. Close and lock the lid. Select the “Soup” function.
