Tomato and Minced Beef Over Rice

Minced beef

Tomatoes

Japanese rice

Egg

Marinade:
Soy sauce
To taste
Sugar
To taste
Sesame oil
To taste
Oil
To taste
Seasoning:
Sesame oil
To taste
Pepper
To taste
Sweet Soy Sauce
To taste
Steps:
1.
Marinate minced beef.
2.
Put rice, water and tomatoes into rice cooker. Cook with the "Japanese Rice" mode.
3.
Add egg and beef after the rice is cooked. Stir well and cover it for 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked.
4.
Lastly, season with sesame oil, pepper and sweet soy sauce.
Tips:
\The ratio between rice and water (including stock) is 1:1.
