Corn, Dried Fig and Fresh Chinese Yam Soup

Pork Shoulder
Fresh Chinese Yams
Sweet Corns
Dried Figs

Steps:

Blanch pork shoulder. Rinse fresh Chinese yams, sweet corns, dried figs and let them dry.
