Stewed Pork Ribs with Chestnuts & Chinese Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Chestnuts (shell removed)
Pork ribs
Dried mushrooms
Marinade:
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Oil
Corn starch
Seasoning:
Dark soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Steps:
1.
Blanch Chinese mushrooms.

Marinate pork rib. Pan fry in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker using the "Grill" mode with the lid opened until a golden yellow colour is shown on both sides.

Add Chinese mushrooms, chestnuts, water and seasonings. Select the "Meat" function. Open the lid and serve after the steam is fully released.
