Vietnamese Style Baby Squids

Ingredients:
Baby Squids
Rọc Mng Trắng
Sawtooth Coriander
Garlic
Dried Shallots
Chili
Bean Sprouts
Sweet Basils
Seasonings:
Fish Sauce
Limes
Shaoxing Wine
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Shred rọc mng trắng, sawtooth coriander, sweet basils and chili. Peel and juice the limes.
2.
Saute dried shallots, garlic and chili in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Toss in carrots, bean sprouts and squids. Fry until fully cooked.
3.
Add seasonings and dried shallots. Lastly, put in shredded herbs.
