Stir Fried Minced Pigeon with Lilies and Snapeas

Ingredients:
Minced pigeon meat
Lilies
Snapeas
Carrot
Lettuce
Garlic
Ginger
Shallot
Celery
Chinese mushroom
Water chestnut
Pine nuts
Marinade:
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Corn starch
Seasoning:
Salt
Ground black pepper
Fish sauce
Sesame oil
Shaoxing wine
Steps:
1.
"Marinate minced pigeon meat. Dice other ingredients. Trim the edges of lettuce.
2.
Fry shallot, ginger and garlic in Stir Fryer until fragrant. Add minced pigeon. Close lid and set to ""Stif Fry"" mode for 3 minutes. Dish up and set aside.
3.
Put remaining ingredients into Stir Fryer and cook for 3 minutes. Add cooked pigeon meat and seasonings. Close lid.
4.
Dish up. Serve with lettuce."
