Pig Tail Soup with Deer Sinews and Eucommia

Deer Sinews
Chicken Feet
Lean Pork
Dried Tangerine Peels
Pig Tails
Eucommia
Candied Dates
Ginger
Spring Onions

Steps:
1.
Soak deer sinews in water until they expand. Blanch deer sinews, chicken feet, lean pork and pig tails with ginger and spring onions. Rinse and soak dried tangerine peels and eucommia briefly.
2.
Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients and cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function, or for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function.
3.
Season with salt.
