Shredded Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken
Coriander
Ginger
Onions
Spring onions
Marinade:
Salt
Black pepper
Sauce:
Vinegar
Sesame sauce
Peanut butter
Honey
Lime peels
Lime juice
Light soy sauce
White vinegar
Sesame seeds
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken and place it into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker together with ginger, spring onions and onions. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" function and cook for 15 minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients together to create a sauce.
3.
Take the chicken out of the Rice Cooker when it is cooked. Shred the meat into strips with your hands. Pour the sauce on top.
