Middle-Eastern Vegetarian Beef Rice

Ingredients:
Thai rice
Quinoa trio
Vegetarian beef
New potatoes
Green peas
Cinnamon
Cloves
Paprika
Cumin powder
Vegetable stock
Coriander
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Put green peas, Thai rice, quinoa, cinnamon, cloves, paprika and cumin powder one by one into the Smart Stir Fryer. Close the lid and select the "Saute" mode. Saute for 3 minutes.

Put in vegetable stock and diced potatoes. Close the lid and set the Fryer to 12 minutes. Stir fry until cooked.
3.
Add coriander and vegetarian beef when there is only 1 minute left. Close the lid again and stir fry until the vegetarian beef is cooked.
Tips:
