Pita Bread with Chickpeas and Aubergine Sauce

Ingredients:
Chickpeas (Canned)
Aubergines
Greek yogurt
Pita bread
White sesame seeds
Coriander seeds
Cumins
Seasonings:
Salt
Lemon juice
Steps:
1.
Place aubergines directly under the heating elements of Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill until the peels are burnt. After that, remove the burnt peels.
2.
Heat up coriander seeds, cumins and white sesame seeds on the flat circular grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Place them into the sport jar of the Professional High Speed Food Processor and blend into powder.
3.
Replace the sport jar with the large blender jar. Put in aubergines, chickpeas, Greek yogurt, seasonings and the powder in (2). Blend for 1-2 minutes to create a paste.
4.
Heat up pita bread on the Korean Barbeque Grill.
5.
Serve pita bread with the aubergine sauce in (3).
