Stewed Spoon Mustard & Minced Pork with Black Fungus & Caterpillar Fungus Flowers

Ingredients:
Spoon mustard
Minced pork
Chinese mushrooms
Black fungus
Caterpillar fungus flowers
Stock
Seasonings:
Sesame oil
Oyster sauce
Shaoxing wine
Sugar
Marinade:
Oil
Light soy sauce
Corn starch
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak black fungus in water until expanded. Rinse and shred caterpillar fungus flowers. Marinate the pork.
2.
Cook spoon mustard with stock and sugar until boiled. Put in chopped caterpillar fungus flowers, Chinese mushrooms and pork. Boil until cooked.
3.
Season at last.
