Flathead & Poor Man's Gingseng Soup with Peanuts & Pork

Flathead
Poor man's gingseng
Peanuts
Lean pork
Ginger
Dried tangerine peels
Seasonings:

Steps:

Rinse flathead and let dry. Blanch lean pork with ginger and Shaoxing wine. Rinse poor man's gingseng and peanuts before soaking them in water.

Saute flathead and ginger in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.

Put in all other ingredients and pour in boiling water. Cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function or for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function.
4.
Season with salt.
