Fried Rice with Fried Breadsticks

Ingredients:
Minced Beef
Fried Breadsticks
Chinese Kale
Egg White
Dried Scallops
White Rice
Dried Shallots
Marinade:
Light Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Seasoning:
Pepper
Salt
Light Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Dice the fried breadsticks and Chinese kales. Soak the dried scallops in water. Marinate the minced beef.
2.
Put the dried shallots and Chinese kale into the Smart Stir Fryer. Close the lid and saute.
3.
Add white rice, dried scallops, egg white and seasoning in order. Close the lid and stir fry for 4 minutes.
4.
Lastly, toss in the fried breadsticks and beef. Stir for 1 more minute. Serve.
