Pan Fried Belacan Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns
Dried Shrimps
Chili
Dried Shallots
Dried Garlic
Seasoning:
Belacan Sauce
Shrimp Paste
Shaoxing Wine
Steps:
1.
Rinse and drain the prawns. Soak the dried shrimps in water. Mix the seasoning.
2.
Heat the dried shrimps on the flat grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Put in the dried shallots, garlic, chili and seasoning. Mix briefly.
3.
Put in the prawns and grill until fully cooked.
