Pan Fried Belacan Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns
Dried Shrimps
Chili
Dried Shallots
Dried Garlic
Seasoning:
Belacan Sauce
Shrimp Paste
Shaoxing Wine
Steps:
1.
Rinse and drain the prawns. Soak the dried shrimps in water. Mix the seasoning.
2.
Heat the dried shrimps in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in and saute the dried shallots, garlic, chili and seasoning.
3.
Put in the prawns and pan-fry until fully cooked.
