Abalones in Thai Sauces

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Fresh Abalones
Pickle sauce
Thai Spices (Basils, lemongrass, galangal, limes, cone peppers)
Stock
Fish sauce
Steps:
1.
Saute the Thai spices until fragrant. Add chicken stock, pickle sauce and fish sauce. Bring it to a boil. After that, cool it down with iced water.
2.
Steam the abalones with shells for 6-8 minutes in the Steam and Grill Oven. Remove the shells, make a few cuts on the meat and remove the organs.
3.
Put the abalones and the cooled sauce into a bottle. Chill in the fridge.
4.
Take the bottle out of the fridge and serve.
