Palmier

Less than 30 min
Ingredients:
Puff pastry (softened in room temp)1piece
Sugar
Olive oil/Butter
Cinnamon powder/Chocolate powder/Jam
Steps:
1.
Sprinkle sugar evenly on both sides of puff pastry. Fold both edges (each about 1/6) inwards.
2.
Roll both sides inwards again (same width). Then fold in by half.

Place pastry roll horizontally. Cut pastry by half and then by half again into 4 equal-length rolls. Cut each roll into four 1-cm strips (total 16 strips).
4.
Arrange strips on a greased Baking Pan, side-way facing up.
5.
Put Low Rack in Halogen Cooking Pot. Then put Baking Pan on top and bake at 180℃-190℃ for 12 min or until golden brown. Done.
