Pork Knuckle in Sweet Vinegar

Ingredients:
Pork Knuckles
Ginger
Eggs
Steps:

Clean pork knuckles and chop into desired size. Scald and pat dry. Eggs boiled and un-shelled. Wash ginger and peel skin.
2.
Put all ingredients into Ultimate Rice Cooker. Add vinegar and close Cooker lid. Set cook time to 30 min (or press “TENDON” button).
3.
When “Keep Warm” indicator lights up, make sure Floater sinks down. Unlock Cooker lid and then serve.
