Hand-chopped Pork Patties with Salted Fish

Pork:
Dried Shrimps
Salted Fish (cut into pieces)
Light Soy Sauce
Sugar
Salt
Caltrop Starch
Steps:
1.
Steam the salted fish until done. Soak the dried shrimps in water until soft. Drain and fry over high heat in a little oil. Set aside.

Finely chop the pork. Stir in light soy sauce, sugar and salt. Leave it in a fridge for 15 minutes.

Add caltrop starch, water and oil to the chopped pork. Stir until sticky.

De-bone the salted fish. Break the flesh into bits. Add salted fish and dried shrimps into the chopped pork. Grease your hands and shape the pork into a round patty.
5.
Fry the pork patty in 3D Infrared Korean Barbecue Grill for 5 minutes. Flip to fry the other side until both sides golden. Serve.
