Stir-fried Shredded Potato

Potato :
Sichuan Peppercorn
Dried Chili Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Rice Vinegar
Steps:
1.
Shred the potato. Rinse with cold water for a couple times. Drain dry.
2.
In Stir Fryer, heat oil and add Sichuan Peppercorn and dried chili pepper. Remove from pot.
3.
Add potato strips and close the lid. Cook for 30 seconds with “Sauté” function.
4.
When potato strips turn semi-translucent, add rice vinegar and salt. Close the lid again and let it stir-fried until evenly cooked.
