Sweet Potato Donuts

Sweet Potato :
Corn Starch
Bread Flour
Sugar
Baking Soda
Oil
Icing Sugar
Steps:

Steam sweet potatoes for 30 mins. Let cool, peel and mash.

Combine corn starch, flour, baking soda and sugar into the sweet potatoes. Separate the dough into mini dough balls, about 1 tbsp each.
3.
Set IH Pressure Cooker to “Deep Fry” function. Open the lid. Adjust temperature to 200°C. Turn the Opening Switch to “Close” position. Fill oil into the pot.
4.
When oil is heated, add dough balls into the pot. Press each doughnut with a spatula for 4-5 times.
