Wagyu Beef Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
Wagyu Beef (thin slices)
Japanese Mushroom (Hon Mushroom)
Tea Tree Mushroom (Agrocybe Aegerila)
Japanese Rice Grain
Dried Seaweed (Kombu)
Ginger
Radish Sprout (Daikon Cress)
Steps:
1.
Soak rice grain in water inside Ultimate Rice Cooker for about 30 min.
2.
Mix seasoning in a bowl. Chop beef and marinate for a few min.
3.
Mix marinated beef with diced ginger and seaweed. Then put beef and all other ingredients into Cooker. Close lid and press “RICE” button.
4.
When finished, make sure Floater sinks down and open Cooker lid. Garnish with radish sprout and serve.
