Osmanthus Lychee Sorbet

More than 60 min
Canned Lychee:
sugar
sweetened osamanthus
maltose
water
Steps:
1.
Purée lychee in a Cordless Food Processor.
2.
Boil water, sugar and maltose with medium heat. Set aside for cooling down completely.
3.
Pour all ingredients into the bucket of Home-made Ice Cream Maker. Set timer to 20 min.
4.
Scoop up sorbet and serve, or place sorbet (with bucket) in the freezer until sorbet hardens.
