Pistachio Bun

Plain Flour:
Sugar
Yeast
Water
Soybean Oil
Pistachio Powder
Sugar Powder
Steps:
1.
Prepare and well weigh all ingredients.
2.
Pour in water, sugar, soybean oil, pistachio powder, plain flour and lastly yeast. Close lid and select “Dough”. Let the dough relax for 3-5 min.
3.
Mix topping (pistachio powder and sugar powder).
4.
Spread flour on work surface. Knead dough and brush water and place topping on top.
5.
Roll tightly into a sausage and spilt into 8 equal parts.
6.
Steam for 8 min. by Jet Steamer. Done.
