Pasta with Cheese and Lobster

Lobsters:
Eggs
Bread Flour
Olive Oil
Salt
Water
Parmesan Cheese
Steps:

Steam the Lobsters with the Jet Steamer, then take out the flesh. Put the lobster into the Professional High-Speed Food Processor, press the “Sauce” button to puree the lobster.

By order, add bread flour, salt, egg, water, olive oil and the pureed lobster into the Noodle Maker. Close the Top Cover and press "Knead" to make the dough.
3.
When the dough is finished, remove the slat and press "Extrude" to make noodles. Boil noodles for 45 seconds, transfer to a plate and top with fresh lobsters.
4.
Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese on the Frying Pan. Put the Frying Pan into the Halogen Cooking Pot, then press “Turbo” to make thin crisps, to garnish the lobster pasta.
