Cold Noodles with Assorted Vegetables

Bread Flour:
Salt
Egg
Water
Olive Oil
Assorted Vegetable
Steps:
1.
Shred assorted vegetable and boil.
2.
By order, add bread flour and salt into the Noodle Maker. Close the Top Cover and press "Knead" to make the dough.
3.
After 30 sec, gently pour in the mixture of egg juice, water and olive oil through the hole of the lid while the dough is still mixing.
4.
When the dough is finished, take away the spacer and press "Extrude" to make noodles.
5.
Boil noodles for 45 sec. Then serve with shredded vegetable.
