Beef in Sa Cha Sauce

Tender Beef:
Choy Sum
Garlic
Vegetable Oil
Sa Cha Sauce
Soy Sauce
Cooking Wine
Sesame Oil
Corn Starch
Water
Steps:
1.
Slice beef and mix with marinade. Let sit for 15 min.
2.
Pour oil into Stir Fryer. Add garlic, beef and choy sum into pot. Close lid. Select “ Stir Fry 1” mode (“02:30” will be shown on time display). Press “Start” to activate Stir Fryer.
3.
When timer counts down to “00:00”, open lid and dish up.
