Baked Hasselback Potato

Potato:
Garlic
Butter
Sea Salt
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Paprika
Fresh Parsley
Steps:

Preheat Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven to 220˚C. Cut potatoes, with flat side down, at about 2-3 mm intervals. Cut almost all the way through but just so all slices are connected at the bottom.

Arrange potatoes in Baking Plate and insert garlic slices in between potato slits. Scatter butter on top of each potato. Then spray olive oil, sprinkle sea salt and black pepper.
3.
Place Baking Plate inside Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven. Bake potatoes for about 30 min or until the potatoes turn crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
