Steamed Sticky Rice

Glutinous Rice160 g
Chinese Sausage2 pc
Chinese Bacon1/2 pc

Dark Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Sugar2 tbsp
Steps:
1.
Put glutinous rice directly into the clear steaming basket ofJet Steamer (lowest level). Set timer to 15 minutes.
2.
In a saucepan, stir-fry Chinese sausage, Chinese bacon, dried shrimp, Chinese mushroom and dried scallop until fragrant. Set aside.
3.
Fry egg in a pan. Cut into egg strips, set aside.
4.
In a large bowl, mix together seasoning ingredients. Add steamed rice and cooked ingredients. Mix in egg strips and green onions and serve.
