Seafood Casserole in Soy Milk Broth

Soybean:
Water
Stock
Shrimp
Black Mushroom
Enokitake Mushroom
Corn
Lettuce
Tofu
Steps:

Boil soybeans until cooked. Pour soybeans, water and stock into Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Select “Soy Milk” function to make hot soy milk broth (6 min).

In the meantime, steam other ingredients for 5 min inside Jet Steamer. Place shrimps on the lower tier, corn and tofu on the middle, and black mushrooms, enokitake mushrooms & lettuce on the upper.

Place all ingredients inside a steel or clay pot. Pour in hot soy milk broth. When served, light up the candles beneath to keep the pot warm.
