Slice and blanch the salted meat. Dice the winged beans. Slice the carrots and section the Chinese celery.

Put oil, ginger, dried shallots and garlic into the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Saute with the "Stir Fry" function.
3.
Add salted meat slices, other ingredients and seasoning. Stir fry until fully cooked.
