Slice and blanch the salted meat. Dice the winged beans. Slice the carrots and section the Chinese celery.
2.
Put oil, ginger, dried shallots and garlic into the Smart Stir Fryer. Close the lid and saute.
3.
Add salted meat slices, other ingredients and seasoning. Close the lid and stir fry for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Tips:
