Spicy Zhenjiang Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings
Chili Peppers
Seasoning:
Zhenjiang Vinegar
Chili Bean Sauce
Light Soy Sauce
Shaoxing Wine
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Put the stainless steel wire shelf onto the Korean Barbeque Grill. Place the chicken wings on top and grill at 200°C until both sides turn golden yellow. Set aside.
2.
Mix the chili peppers with seasoning. Stir well and cook briefly on the grill pan.
3.
Add the chicken wings and grill until the sauce thickens.
