Braised Fish Head with Mixed Sauces in Claypot

Ingredients:
Large Fish Head
Chicken Stock
Minced Ginger
Chinese Celery
Chopped Dried Shallots
Chopped Spring Onions
Corn Starch Slurry
Sauce:
Hoisin Sauce
Miso Sauce
Chili Bean Sauce
Seasoning:
Shaoxing Wine
Steps:
1.
Mix the sauce ingredients with Shaoxing Wine to create the mixed sauce.
2.
Saute the minced ginger and chopped dried shallots in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add the mixedd sauce, water, chicken stock, chopped spring onions and Shaoxing wine. Bring it to a boil.
3.
Put in the fish head with more Shaoxing wine. Select the "Slow Stew" mode (99°C). Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
4.
Add the corn starch slurry to thicken the soup. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
