Oxtail Stew with Black Beer

Ingredients:
Black Beer
Oxtails
Bay Leaves
Star Anises
Onions
Ginger
Dried Shallots
Garlic
Chilli
Shaoxing Wine
Seasoning:
Light Soy Sauce
Rock Sugar
Steps:
1.
Blanch the oxtails with ginger and Shaoxing wine.
2.
Put ginger, dried shallots, star anises, bay leaves, chili and garlic into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker (keep the lid open). Saute with the "Grill" function.
3.
Put in the oxtails, black beer, onions, water and seasoning. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" function. Serve when the oxtails are fully cooked.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Remove the smell by blanching the oxtails with ginger and Shaoxing wine.
