Spaghetti

Ingredients:
egg
egg york
olive oil
"00" flour
salt
egg york
Steps:
1.
Put flour and salt into Dough & Noodle Maker. Close top cover and press “Knead”.
2.
30 seconds later, gently pour in egg mixture through the cover. Let mix and knead.
3.
Until 3 mintues left, add one more egg york in egg mixture through the cover.
4.
When dough is done, use spaghetti nozzle, and remove slat and press “Extrude” to make fettuccine.
5.
Cook in salted boiling water for 1 min. Drain water.
